The public bus route 47 travels along Sandgate Road past the Wetlands Environmental Education Centre.
A designated bus parking bay is for school groups near our entrance gate.
The Wetlands Environmental Education Centre has a separate entrance for school students and is identified by the school name on the gate.
Car parking
Follow the signs to car park P2 (on the right before you enter the main Hunter Wetlands Centre gates).
This area is the main parking for the Wetlands Environmental Education Centre.
(Please do not park in the National Parks and Wildlife Service car park).
Trains
The closest train station is Sandgate Station. From the station it is an easy 1 kilometer walk (10 minutes) to the Wetlands Environmental Education Centre.
